By using Tuck you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Tuck is published by NYRAI LLC, 26 Maple Way, Boylston, MA 01505 ("we," "us," or "NYRAI LLC"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tuck on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by and subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell the app except as that agreement or applicable law allows.
Tuck reads the barcode cards you choose to scan and re-encodes them as Apple Wallet passes for your own convenience. You agree to use Tuck only with cards you are entitled to use, and only for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for how you use the passes Tuck creates.
Turning a printed or embossed card into a scannable digital barcode is not perfect. A store's scanner may read a different symbology than the one on your original card, a register may be configured to accept only the physical card, or a barcode may not reproduce cleanly on a phone screen. A pass created by Tuck may not scan at every register. Tuck therefore keeps the original card photo and raw number with each pass as a fallback — but you should keep your physical cards and not rely on Tuck as your only copy. We make no guarantee that any given pass will be accepted by any given merchant.
Your scanned cards are stored on your device only. We do not host, access, or control them. Deleting the app removes its scanned data; passes in Apple Wallet are managed by you in Wallet. Because your data is local, you are responsible for your own device and iCloud backups.
Any purchase associated with Tuck is handled by Apple through the App Store and governed by the App Store Terms. NYRAI LLC never receives your payment details. Refunds, where applicable, are requested through Apple.
Tuck is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that barcode detection or re-encoding will be accurate, that a pass will scan at any particular merchant, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYRAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed discounts, declined transactions, or inconvenience arising from a pass that does not scan or from your use of the app. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using Tuck.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use of Tuck after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
